Site Migration
Make a complete copy of your WordPress website and move it to another web host.
How it works
Copy your entire WordPress website in four steps
Create
Open WebsiteCopyForge → Copy site and click Start. Database, core, themes, plugins and uploads are packaged.
Upload
Download the zip and wcf-restore.php, then upload both to the empty web folder on the new host.
Restore
Open wcf-restore.php, enter your restore key, the new database details and the new site URL.
Finish
Save permalinks, test, then switch your DNS. The old site stays live until you are ready.
What is copied
Nothing left behind
- Every database table, including custom plugin tables
- WordPress core files, so no download is needed on the new host
- Themes, plugins, must-use plugins and uploads
- Custom folders inside wp-content
- Permalinks, widgets, menus, users and settings
Built for safety
Reliable on real hosts
- Runs in short steps, so PHP time limits do not break it
- Package folder is protected from web access
- Restore requires a secret key
- Collation fallbacks for older MySQL/MariaDB
- Serialized-data-safe URL rewriting
